I draw from years of acquired knowledge, self-exploration, and clinical experience. I will support you at looking at the issues at hand by listening, validating, offering empathy, and asking clarifying questions that will help you go deeper. We’ll examine thoughts, beliefs, and parts of your personality that have developed patterns, typically in your childhood, to\u00a0help you\u00a0survive, and question how and if they serve you today. We will explore your feelings as emotions hold information that can lead to new insights and new possibilities.<\/p>\n
